You may voluntarily provide contact details, coaching goals, training history, nutrition information and relevant health context when contacting 7PRIME Wellness.
Assessment form
The current website uses your device’s email application to prepare an assessment email. The static site itself does not maintain a database of submitted assessment data.
Sensitive information
Do not submit government identifiers, banking passwords, insurance numbers or other information that is not necessary for coaching.
Third-party services
Email, WhatsApp, analytics, payment providers or other third-party services may have their own privacy terms when those services are used.
